Juicy, flavour-packed kofta meatballs made with Kursat’s Ezme Paste and cooked in the air fryer for a quick and easy meal. Perfect served with flatbread, rice, or yogurt dip.
Ingredients
- 500g minced beef or lamb (or mixed)
- 2 tbsp Kursat’s Ezme Paste
- 1 small onion, finely grated
- 1 tsp Kursat's Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
Method

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until evenly combined.

Form mixture into small meatballs or oval kofta shapes (around golf ball size).
Lightly brush or spray with olive oil.

Preheat air fryer to 190°C.
Place koftas in the basket in a single layer.
Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through and lightly charred on the outside.
- Serve warm with flatbread, yogurt dip, or salad.
