Our pastes are designed to make cooking simpler and are concentrated in flavour, so a small amount goes a long way. Salt levels are kept low, giving you more control and making them highly versatile. Simply stir a spoonful into sauces, marinades, soups, or stews for instant depth, spread them on bread or wraps, mix into mayo, dressings, dips, or use them as a cooking paste for a quick flavour boost.
Our products are naturally concentrated, so a spoonful often goes a long way. Start small, then adjust to your taste. Every jar is packed with authentic flavour.
Absolutely. They’re fully cooked and ready to use, so you can enjoy them straight from the jar or as a finishing touch to cooked dishes.
Each paste has its own personality, some are mild and aromatic, others carry a gentle warmth. We focus on flavour first, so you’ll always get balance, not overpowering heat.
Storage & Shelf life
Keep the jar sealed and refrigerated once opened. Check the back of pack for open shelf-life. For best results, use within 2 weeks and always use a clean spoon to preserve freshness.
Most of Kursat’s pastes can be frozen to extend their shelf life. The only exception is the Pickled Garlic Confit, which is not suitable for freezing due to its oil content.
No. Our pastes are made using real fruit, vegetables, and spices. No artificial flavourings, colours or unnecessary additives.

All of Kursat’s products are suitable for a vegetarian diet. For vegan use, please check the product label or product information, as some products may contain non-vegan ingredients.

Yes! Kursat’s packaging is recyclable. The glass jar, metal lid, and paper label can all be recycled. For best results, rinse the jar and separate the lid and label before recycling.
