Our pastes are designed to make cooking simpler and are concentrated in flavour, so a small amount goes a long way. Salt levels are kept low, giving you more control and making them highly versatile. Simply stir a spoonful into sauces, marinades, soups, or stews for instant depth, spread them on bread or wraps, mix into mayo, dressings, dips, or use them as a cooking paste for a quick flavour boost.

Our products are naturally concentrated, so a spoonful often goes a long way. Start small, then adjust to your taste. Every jar is packed with authentic flavour.

Can I use Kursat’s pastes straight from the jar?

Each paste has its own personality, some are mild and aromatic, others carry a gentle warmth. We focus on flavour first, so you’ll always get balance, not overpowering heat.
