Mediterranean Flatbreads with Vegetable Topping

A vibrant, meat-free dish using Kursat’s Mediterranean Vegetable Paste. Rich with tomatoes, peppers and herbs. Quick to prepare, endlessly adaptable and perfect for sharing.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Kursat’s Ezme Paste

  • 2 flatbreads or naan

  • ½ red onion, finely sliced

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • A handful of rocket

  • 50g crumbled feta or plant-based cheese (optional)

  • Olive oil, for drizzling

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Place flatbreads on a baking tray.

  2. Spread each with a generous spoonful of Kursat’s Ezme Paste.

  3. Top with red onion, tomato slices, and a drizzle of olive oil.

  4. Bake for 6–8 minutes until crisp and golden.

  5. Scatter over rocket and feta before serving.
