Ingredients:

3 tbsp Kursat’s Ezme Paste

2 flatbreads or naan

½ red onion, finely sliced

1 tomato, sliced

A handful of rocket

50g crumbled feta or plant-based cheese (optional)

Olive oil, for drizzling
Method:

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Place flatbreads on a baking tray.

Spread each with a generous spoonful of Kursat’s Ezme Paste.

Top with red onion, tomato slices, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake for 6–8 minutes until crisp and golden.

Scatter over rocket and feta before serving.
