Enchilada Mayo Dip
A quick, creamy dipping sauce with a gentle kick and plenty of smoky, savoury flavour. Made with just two ingredients, Kursat’s Enchilada Paste transforms everyday mayonnaise into a vibrant orange dip that’s perfect with crispy chicken goujons, chips, wedges, or as a sauce for sandwiches and wraps.
Ingredients (Makes approx. 200g)
150g full-fat mayonnaise
50g Kursat’s Enchilada Paste
Method
Mix the sauce
Add the mayonnaise and Kursat’s Enchilada Paste to a bowl.
Stir until smooth
Mix thoroughly until the paste is fully incorporated and the sauce is smooth and evenly coloured.
Serve
Transfer to a small serving bowl and serve immediately with crispy chicken goujons, chips, wedges, or your favourite dipping foods. The sauce can also be used in sandwiches, wraps and burgers.
Tip:
For a stronger Enchilada flavour, simply increase the amount of Enchilada Paste to taste.
